This collection is ideal for couples who might not have a lot of time to plan a wedding and mostly want to be involved in the fun parts while not worrying about stressful deadlines. We will be your planning bestie through out the entire process.

One Principal Planner, Two Assistant Planners, and One Bridal Duty Assistant included on wedding day.
Up to 12 total working hours for Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception coordination.
Planning/management of one additional weekend event (rehearsal dinner, welcome party, farewell brunch or weekend activity) *Design for this event is not included.*
One hour Rehearsal practice the day before the event with the Principal Planner.

Full Design Collection: Establishes the overall aesthetic and design concepts for all the small details like theme, color palette, reception table design, floral wishlist, napkin fold, formal invitations, specialty rentals, paper products, custom signage and wedding layout/diagrams. Includes ~50 page digital design deck.
Books the wedding venue, essential vendors and hotel room blocks, if needed.
Digital planning templates; budget, monthly checklists, photo shot list, seating chart, RSVPs and more.
Create a minute to minute day of wedding timeline and venue diagram.
Vendor recommendations and booking assistance for Media, Music, Florals, Catering, Officiant, etc.
Organize all details for vendor proposals and contracts. Confirm hours, details and quantities.
Contact vendors to coordinate set-up/strike times and collect required liability insurance.
Ensure wedding day activities run smoothly and troubleshoot when needed.
Assistance with setting up and cleaning up specific personal decor not provided by other vendors.
