The services begin three months prior for assistance with the final walk through, vendor communication and overall logistics. This includes digital tools and vendor referrals to help you in the process. We want you and your fiancé to feel like VIP guests!
Communication starts three months prior to wedding date.
Online planning portal via Google Drive.
One Koral & Ko. Lead Coordinator (Not Koral) and Two Assistant Coordinators included on your wedding day for up to 200 guests. This package is only for Orange County, CA weddings and can only be booked within 1 year of your wedding date.
Up to 10 total working hours for Ceremony**, Cocktail Hour and Reception coordination.
One hour Ceremony** Rehearsal practice the day before the event with the Principal Planner.
One in person final details meeting about 4-6 weeks prior to wedding date at venue.
One 1 hour onboarding Google Meet video call with Koral after initial booking is complete.
Two 1 hour phone calls to be used once your service begins, with Koral + Lead Coordinator.
Create a minute to minute day of wedding timeline and venue diagram.
Provide professional digital templates to assist in your own wedding planning.
Vendor recommendations for Media, Music, Florals, Catering, Rentals, Officiant, etc.
Review contracts of vendors to confirm quantities, orders and details.
Contact vendors to coordinate set-up/strike times and collect required liability insurance.
Ensure wedding day activities run smoothly and troubleshoot when needed.
Assistance with setting up specific personal decor not provided by other vendors.
Pack up personal belongings and wedding decor after the event.
Full access to our event emergency kit to help in any mishap.
