This wedding planning service is perfect for couples who have more time for wedding planning and an overall idea on how they want their special day to look, but might be feeling overwhelmed with all the details that go into it. We will piece together your design ideas and guide you through the rest of the planning process. Our main goals are to bring your vision to life and to help you create a successful wedding without the stress that may come with it.

  • Similar to the full planning package but without full design collection, budget tracking, hotel room blocking, venue search assistance and additional planning/management of wedding weekend event.

  • Unlimited communication begins once service is booked.

  • Exclusive curated resources + online planning portal via Google Drive.

  • One Principal Planner, Two Assistant Planners, and One Bridal Duty Assistant included on wedding day.

  • Up to 12 total working hours for Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception coordination.

  • One hour Rehearsal practice the day before the event with the Principal Planner.

  • Includes 3 in person planning meetings (introductory, menu tasting and final walkthrough), 3 one hour phone calls, and 1 video onboarding meeting.

  • Partial Design Collection: Client is responsible for establishing the color palette, overall aesthetic, design concepts, rental elements, wedding website, save the dates, formal invitations, guest list, RSVPs, wedding dress/tux, honeymoon, marriage license, and all bridal party related things. Principal Planner assists with logistics of reception table design, wedding layouts, and signage vendors. for welcome sign, seating chart, menus, name tags, table numbers etc. Includes ~5 page mood board.

  • Digital planning templates; budget, monthly checklists, photo shot list, seating chart, RSVPs and more.

  • Create a minute to minute day of wedding timeline and venue diagram.

  • Vendor recommendations and booking assistance for Media, Music, Florals, Catering, Officiant, etc.

  • Organize all details for vendor proposals and contracts. Confirm hours, details and quantities.

  • Contact vendors to coordinate set-up/strike times and collect required liability insurance.

  • Ensure wedding day activities run smoothly and troubleshoot when needed.

  • Assistance with setting up and cleaning up specific personal decor not provided by other vendors.

  • Full access to our event emergency kit to help in any mishap.
